Preparing a custom kit
Custom bead kits need preparation because bead colors and quantities are counted and packed for your generated design. A finished-artwork order also includes assembly. Product-specific preparation information and order updates should be checked for the item you purchased.
Where we ship from
Physical Beadia orders ship from China. Our current delivery guidance is usually 7–12 days; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Custom preparation and the delivery destination can affect when your order arrives.
Shipping rates and free shipping
Shipping charges and free-shipping eligibility follow the Shopify store’s current rules and your delivery address. Available rates, taxes and the final order total are confirmed at checkout. This page does not set a separate free-shipping threshold.
What your kit contains
Your custom-kit materials are based on the bead colors and quantities for the chosen pattern. Check your selected purchase option and order details for any tool kit or assembly service. Products shown as digital PDF templates do not include physical beads or shipping.

Delivery problems
For a missing, damaged or incorrect delivery, send your order number, checkout email and a description through Help & Support in the footer, or contact us on WhatsApp. Photos of the item and packaging can help us review damage or a packing problem.
