How pattern access is confirmed, where to find your PDFs and what to do if a download is missing.
What is delivered digitally
Digital templates are downloadable PDF bead patterns, not physical goods. Buying a template alone does not ship beads or tools. An uploaded PDF retains the contents provided by its creator; a generated Beadia pattern includes its own grid and color information.
When access becomes available
Cash purchases unlock only after the server verifies a completed payment. Opening checkout, returning to the previous page or visiting a success page is not proof of payment. A successful points redemption provides access without a cash checkout.
Payment verification can delay access. If your payment completed but the expected template is still missing, contact us with your order number and checkout email.
Find and download your template
Sign in with the account associated with the purchase and open Manage templates. Purchased or created templates can be downloaded again without paying to unlock the same template a second time. Your browser or device may ask where to open or save the PDF.
If an automatic download does not start, check your template library and browser download settings. An unavailable template should be reported for review rather than purchased again.
Creation Points and digital tools
Creation Points are used within Beadia for supported creative actions. The separate Creation Points page explains the current costs, earning rules and milestones. Physical-product rewards require an eligible completed order linked to the account.
Failed AI generations return their reserved points automatically. Generated photos, private projects and downloaded files remain subject to the access rules of the relevant tool.
Delivery records and help
Beadia records payment verification, point transactions and server-observed file access to help investigate delivery issues. A completed server file response does not prove that your device saved or opened the file.
