How Beadia handles account, order and creative project information.
Information we use
We use your email address for account sign-in, template access, Creation Points, order matching and support. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, not as plain text.
Orders and downloads
Shopify processes checkout and payment. Beadia stores order identifiers, purchased template access, Creation Point transactions and server-observed download events so we can provide digital delivery support and payment-delivery records.
Photos and AI tools
Uploaded photos and generated images are used to create bead patterns or AI-styled images requested by you. Public community pages show template previews and public template information, not private original photos by default.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local browser storage for sign-in sessions, cart state, checkout return, download recovery and preferences. You can clear browser data at any time, but doing so may sign you out or remove local cart information.
Website usage
We count successful page views, approximate daily visitors, popular pages and broad device types to understand website usage. Visitor estimates use a daily one-way identifier. Traffic statistics do not store raw IP addresses, account emails, full browser identifiers or page query strings. Daily traffic records are retained for up to 90 days.
Service providers
Beadia may use Shopify for checkout, email providers for account messages, AI image providers for optional generation, and hosting/security providers for website delivery and reliability.

Questions about your account, order, template access or privacy can be sent through the contact links in the site footer.
Help & Support requests
When you submit our support form, we store your email address, issue description, submission time and the page where you submitted it. These details are available to authorized Beadia administrators to respond to your request and track its resolution. Do not include passwords or payment card details.
