Our bead kits are prepared for custom photo projects and packed by color code. Because small beads are manufactured in bulk, a tiny amount of height variation, texture difference, or slight edge roughness can happen and is considered normal.
When will I receive my order?
Custom kits need preparation time because beads are counted and packed for your generated design. We ship from China. Delivery usually takes 7–12 days, depending on the destination; custom preparation time is additional.
After-sales policy
Beads: Small bead color or height variations are normal manufacturing tolerance, so beads are not refunded for minor cosmetic differences.
